“Developing successful multi-channel distribution focused on the needs of our customers is critical to Aviva Asia’s growth strategy. This platform will enable us to understand the needs of each and every one of our customers and to respond in a personalised manner with services ranging from health to wealth management. We expect it to generate significant brand recognition for Aviva-COFCO.”

By encouraging insurance companies to provide health risk assessment, industry regulators at the State Council and the China Insurance Regulatory Commission are paving the way for greater partnerships between the two industries while providing tax benefits to insurance policy holders.

“These fast-paced industry developments, combined with the launch of our customer-focused online platform in a 600 million internet users market, are opening a wealth of opportunities to further grow our market share in China.”
