Subsidiary Bank Home Credit and Finance Bank held administratively liable
OREANDA-NEWS. Subsidiary Bank Home Credit and Finance Bank JSC
(Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of
the following:
"... the Bank was held administratively liable:
1. The date and number of the decision of the Regulator on the imposition of an administrative penalty in the case of an administrative offense: Resolution of July 23, 2015 ...
2. The nature of the violation: the violation of Article 497 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offences "Violation of the order of submission of primary statistical data" (part 2)".
