Bank of Astana imposed administrative sanction
OREANDA-NEWS. Bank of Astana JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following:

... on applying to the Bank by the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the Resolution on imposing an administrative sanction under case on administrative violation of November 11, 2015 of an administrative sanction in form of penalty to the amount of KZT1,189,200 for committing a violation stipulated in part 3 of article 213 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code (non-provision, as well as untimely (two or more times within twelve consecutive months) provision by banks of data or other required (information), committed repeatedly within a year after imposing of the administrative sanction)".
