OREANDA-NEWS. Fitch Ratings has affirmed High Tide CDO I's class C notes and withdrawn the rating, as follows:

Class C (XS0169669248) affirmed and withdrawn at 'Dsf'

Fitch is withdrawing High Tide CDO I's remaining rating as the bond was cancelled.

KEY RATING DRIVERS
On 10 November 2015, all the reference obligations were removed from the reference portfolio. As a result, a mandatory redemption event occurred on the same date. Consequently, the outstanding A and B notes were paid in full and the remaining outstanding balance of the C notes paid down on 16 November 2015.

The class C notes had been partially written down in order to make credit protection payments. This is reflected in the affirmation.
