OREANDA-NEWS  Gazprom-Armenia CJSC announces the resumption of natural gas supply from Russia to Armenia, in transit through the territory of Georgia.

"On August 4, at 18:38, the supply of natural gas to Armenia was restored, which was suspended due to repair and restoration work on the Kazakh-Saguramo main gas pipeline," the press service of the energy company reports.

Gas supplies were temporarily suspended from July 10, 2016 (previously, until August 10).

Gazprom Armenia CJSC organizes natural gas supplies for the domestic market of Armenia. The company is also engaged in the transportation, storage, distribution and sale of natural gas, reconstruction and expansion of the gas transmission system and underground gas storage facilities in the republic.
