Ilsky Refinery (LLC "KNGK-INPZ", Krasnodar Krai) carries out activities for the reception, storage and processing of hydrocarbon raw materials, as well as the shipment of finished products by road and rail. At the beginning of 2021, the plant began construction of a complex for the production of gasoline and aromatic hydrocarbons with a design capacity of 1.5 million tons of raw materials. The planned volume of investments is about 80 billion rubles.

The refinery is implementing a large-scale modernization program, which provides for the phased commissioning of new technological installations, infrastructure and household facilities. The commissioning of the Novovelichkovskaya-Krasnodar trunk oil pipeline in February 2020 allowed the company to switch to providing oil completely through the system of trunk oil pipelines, and the capacity of the receiving and delivery point increased to 3 million tons of oil.

As part of the first stage of modernization, an ELOU-AT-6 primary oil treatment and refining unit with a capacity of 3.6 million tons per year was commissioned at the refinery. As a result, the total capacity of the processing plant has more than doubled, to 6.6 million tons of raw materials per year.
