OREANDA-NEWS. In connection with the multiple increase in the incidence of coronavirus, the Russian Tripartite Commission for the Regulation of Social and Labor Relations (RTC) recommends transferring the maximum possible number of employees to remote work, the press service of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection reported.

They emphasized that organizations independently determine the number of employees who can be transferred to remote mode, based on the capabilities of the employer and employees.

Currently, about 3 million people work remotely in Russia, the press service added.
