OREANDA-NEWS In the first half of the year, Russia increased imports of noodles from China and South Korea to a historic maximum - by a combined $ 43.6 million, according to data from the national statistical services.
In January-June, Russian companies purchased Chinese noodles for a record $23.6 million, which is 1.4 times more than in the same period last year.
This year, Russia was among the largest buyers of noodles from these countries - the tenth for China and the 13th for South Korea. At the same time, the main fans of Chinese products were Hong Kong (95.5 million dollars), the United States (84 million dollars) and South Korea (58 million dollars), while South Korean products were the United States (182 million dollars), China (170 million) and the Netherlands (52.5 million).
