At the moment, most of the items in the on—board menu are products of 100 percent domestic production. For example, bakery products, milk, juices, sauces, seasonings, poultry dishes. As for meat, fish and seafood dishes, the share of domestic goods here is approaching 100 percent. The proportion of cheeses ranges from 85 to 100 percent and depends on the variety.

Among the wines offered on board Aeroflot liners, the share of domestic beverages is about 70 percent, and it continues to grow. Business class passengers are offered white, red and sparkling wine, and comfort and economy class passengers are offered white and red.
