OREANDA-NEWS. Aeroflot today launched regular flights between Moscow Sheremetyevo and London Gatwick, the airline’s second destination in the UK.

Flights will be operated daily on comfortable modern Airbus A320 aircraft on the following schedule (all times are local):

  • Flight SU 2588 departing Moscow Sheremetyevo (SVO) Terminal D at 13h20 (13h30 on Sundays), arriving London Gatwick (LGW) at 14h30 (14h45 on Sundays)
  • Flight SU 2589 departing London Gatwick (LGW) at 16h10 (17h00 on Sundays), arriving Moscow Sheremetyevo (SVO) at 22h45 (23:40 on Sundays)

Flights to and from Gatwick give passengers additional options for getting into and out of London and the south-east of England. Russia’s flag carrier this winter also adds additional service from Moscow to Heathrow, bringing the total number of flights per week to and from the airport to 25.
