OREANDA-NEWS  An explosion occurred on railway tracks in the Pskov region, Governor Mikhail Vedernikov said.

"At about 5:00 a.m. on Friday, September 26, an explosion occurred on the railway tracks near the Plyussa station," he wrote on the Max messenger.

According to the governor, there were no casualties.

"There was no train derailment. Operational services are working at the scene of the incident. Please remain calm," the governor urged.
