OREANDA-NEWS The Tagansky court of Moscow fined Google 3.8 million rubles for refusing to remove prohibited content, RIA Novosti was informed in court.
"By a decree of the Tagansky District Court of Moscow, Google LLC was given an administrative penalty in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of 3 million 800 thousand rubles," the agency's interlocutor said.
Roskomnadzor has drawn up a protocol on part 2 of Article 13.41 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation for refusing to remove prohibited content.
