OREANDA-NEWS  Bulgaria became one of the three largest importers of Russian gas in November last year, despite a slight decrease in purchases compared to the previous month, according to an analysis by RIA Novosti of Eurostat data.
Bulgaria replaced Belgium, whose imports of Russian gas dropped fivefold in a month to 31 million euros, making the country only the seventh largest importer in monetary terms. Bulgaria itself rose to third place from fifth place with a decrease in purchases by 0.2% to 80.7 million euros.

The first place went to France, which increased imports by more than a third to 219 million euros. Hungary came in second place with 214.9 million euros (an increase of 0.6%).
