OREANDA-NEWS  Bureau 1440 has launched the first 16 satellites of the same name, which are considered the Russian answer to Starlink. The company announced this on Telegram.

The spacecraft was launched yesterday, March 23, at 20:24 Moscow time. In the reference orbit, the satellites separated from the carrier and were taken over by the company's Flight Control Center (MCC). "The next step is to check the onboard systems and move to the target orbit," the publication says.

According to the NSF portal, the spacecraft were launched by a Soyuz-2.1b rocket with a Fregat-M upper stage, launched from the Plesetsk cosmodrome.
