Diamonds worth millions of rubles were found in a landfill.

OREANDA-NEWS An auction for the sale of jewelry and diamonds that were found in a landfill has been canceled in the Polish city of Wodzislaw Śląski. This is reported by the TVP World publication.
The jewelry was discovered in a landfill in 2023. The most valuable item is considered to be a three-carat gold diamond ring. It was estimated at 95 thousand zlotys (two million rubles). The total value of the remaining diamonds is nine thousand zlotys (200 thousand rubles).
The court set a three-year period during which the owners could claim their rights to the find. In the middle of March, the allotted time expired. On March 27, the diamonds were going to be put up for auction.
