Gazprom has updated the record for gas supplies to the BRICS country

OREANDA-NEWS Gazprom has updated the historical maximum of daily gas supplies to China via the Power of Siberia gas pipeline. This was announced by the company's Telegram channel.
According to him, a new record was set on November 1. According to the report, Russian gas supplies are carried out under a long-term gas purchase and Sale Agreement between Gazprom and CNPC.
According to forecasts, Russian gas supplies to China may increase due to the Baikal Power pipeline.
In the first three quarters of 2026, the total volume of liquefied natural gas exports from Russia to China increased sharply. During this period, shipments increased by 44.3 percent compared to the same period in 2025. In monetary terms, shipments jumped 38.56 percent year-on-year and reached $3.927 billion.
