OREANDA-NEWS  Several explosions have occurred at an Iranian oil refinery on Lavan Island, the cause of which has not yet been determined, the mehr news agency reported, noting that this happened after the United States and Iran agreed on a cease-fire.

Mehr also reported a number of explosions on the island of Sirri. Information about their cause has not yet been provided either.

The Lavan and Sirri islands are located in the south of Iran in the Persian Gulf. There are crude oil export terminals on both islands.
