North Korea has launched several ballistic missiles

OREANDA-NEWS North Korea fired several ballistic missiles towards the Sea of Japan on Wednesday, Yonhap reported, citing the South Korean military.
The Joint Chiefs of Staff of the South Korean Armed Forces said it had detected missiles launched from the Wonsan area in the north of the country at about 8:50 a.m. (02:50 Moscow time) on Wednesday.
"Our military maintains a firm readiness, while at the same time closely exchanging information about North Korean ballistic missiles with the American and Japanese sides amid increased monitoring of additional launches," Yonhap quoted a military statement.
The last time North Korea fired several ballistic missiles towards the Sea of Japan was on March 14, when the annual spring military exercises of South Korea and the United States were taking place.
