The new restrictions apply to microprocessor equipment, which meets a number of conditions. Among these conditions are: achievement of performance level of 5 gigaflops or higher, or an arithmetic logic device with a bit depth of 32 bits or higher.

In addition, the sanctions will affect shipments to Russia and Belarus chips, which should not have more than 144 pins.
