OREANDA-NEWS Exports of goods from 27 EU countries to Russia fell by 55% in March 2022, according to Eurostat, Gazeta.ru reports.

Exports of goods to Russia in the European Union fell to €3.42 billion in March 2021, exports of €7.65 billion, said the statistics.
They also pointed out that exports of goods from China to Russia for the month fell by 25.8%, to $3.8 billion.

Earlier, citing the General Administration of Customs of China reported that in the first four months of 2022, trade between Russia and China increased by 25.9% to $51.09 billion.

According to GTU, exports from China to Russia in January - April increased by 11.3% and reached about $20.24 billion. Imports of Russian goods and services increased by 37.8% to $30.85 billion.

Earlier, Georgy Zinoviev, director of the Russian Foreign Ministry's First Asia Department, said that Russia expects to increase trade with China to $200 billion by 2024.
