OREANDA-NEWS The issue of writing off the foreign debt of Ukraine is not yet on the agenda of the German government. An official representative of the German authorities told this to journalists, TASS reported.

He noted that so far the Ukrainian government has turned to Berlin only for financial support.

According to him, the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany, as chairman of the G7, sees its task as "coordination of economic and fiscal measures to support the Ukrainian government both in the circle of the G7 and in international institutions".

Earlier, it became known that the German Defense Ministry halved the possible arms export list for Ukraine prepared by the German military-industrial complex (MIC). The BILD website, citing documents obtained by the editorial office, wrote that all the positions on supplies of heavy weapons had been crossed out.
