OREANDA-NEWS The Prosecutor General's Office of Russia decided to withdraw from the International Association of Prosecutors because of double standards and non-compliance with the principle of impartiality in the situation of violations of the rights of civilians in Donbass. This is stated in the material of Lenta.ru.

Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov said in a letter sent to the Secretary General of the International Association of Prosecutors, Han Moraal, that he observed in the Western press humiliation and persecution of Russian speakers, including women and children, as well as calls for their murder. At the same time, the International Association of Prosecutors does not react to xenophobic and racist manifestations.

Also, the organization has been inactive for eight years, seeing mass crimes against humanity committed by the Ukrainian authorities against the peaceful population of Donbas, the Russian Prosecutor General stressed.
