"Trump has not yet made any new decisions regarding new sanctions against Russia," an unnamed US official said.

Earlier, Bloomberg reported that the United States is preparing new anti-Russian sanctions, hoping to put pressure on Moscow if it refuses a peace agreement with Ukraine.

According to Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov, the Kremlin is well aware that Washington has plans to impose new sanctions against Moscow. He noted that any restrictions harm the establishment of Russian-American relations.
