OREANDA-NEWS Vladimir Zelensky has increased the composition of the Ukrainian delegation for negotiations with Russia from 12 to 14 people, according to a decree published on his website.
It follows from the document that the delegation was supplemented by the representative of the Rada Commissioner for Human Rights in the system of security and defense sector bodies, Yuri Kolbasa, as well as Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Yevgeny Ostryansky.

Earlier on Wednesday, a source told RIA Novosti that the composition of the Russian delegation had not changed.
The parties held two rounds of talks in Istanbul in May and June. Their result was a prisoner exchange, Ukraine received the bodies of the dead soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The delegations also handed over to each other draft memoranda on the vision of a peaceful settlement. The new meeting is expected to discuss memoranda and humanitarian issues.
On Tuesday, an informed Turkish source told RIA Novosti that the third round of talks between Moscow and Kiev is expected on Wednesday at 19.00 Moscow time at the Chiragan Palace, but the date and time are still being clarified. Russia has not confirmed this information.
On Saturday, Volodymyr Zelensky said that Rustem Umerov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, had proposed holding another round of talks next week. A source in the Russian negotiating group confirmed to RIA Novosti information about such a proposal. The signals from Kiev allow us to hope that the date of negotiations will appear soon, a RIA Novosti source in Moscow pointed out.
