Fitch Rates Nassau County (NY) $98MM GO Bonds 'A'; $45MM BANs 'F1'; Affirms GO and IDR

Today, Credit Rating Agency has confirmed a long-term credit rating of the city of Odesa at uaАА- with the stable outlook.

Moody’s Corporation (NYSE:MCO) announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Bureau van Dijk, a global provider of business intelligence and company information, for €3.0 billion (approximately $3.27 billion).
