OREANDA-NEWS  The cost of the Baikal aircraft will correspond to the market and range from 220 to 340 million rubles, said Leonid Luzgin, CEO of the aircraft developer and manufacturer, Ural Civil Aviation Plant (UZGA).

"Baikal's price corresponds to the market. It is comparable to the cost of American Cessna Grand Caravan single-engine aircraft. At the manufacturer's factory, the Grand Caravan costs from 2.2 million to 3.4 million dollars... The Cessna price at the rate of 100 rubles per dollar is from 220 million to 340 million rubles, depending on the components. We will fall into this fork anyway," Luzgin said in an interview with Vedomosti.
