OREANDA-NEWS  The head of the Federal Treasury, Roman Artyukhin, informed Russian President Vladimir Putin that the first digital rubles had already been credited to the department's accounts, thus paying an administrative fine.

"The first payment is an administrative fine paid by one person in digital rubles. The year has just begun, the first fifteen hundred rubles have already been received in digital rubles," Artyukhin said at a meeting with the president.
