OREANDA-NEWS  The wealth of the wealthiest Russians has grown by nearly $15 billion since the start of 2025. This information was revealed in the updated Billionaires Index, published by Bloomberg.

According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, Alisher Usmanov, a shareholder of Metalloinvest, has seen his wealth increase by $3.64 billion since the beginning of the year, bringing his total wealth to $16.9 billion. Andrey Melnichenko, co-founder of Eurochem and SUEK, ranks second in terms of wealth, with a fortune of $22.7 billion, having earned $2.52 billion.

Among Russian billionaires, Vladimir Lisin, Chairman of the Board of Directors at NLMK, has experienced the largest decline in wealth, according to Bloomberg. In 2025, his fortune decreased by $2.3 billion, leaving him with a net worth of $23.5 billion.

In April, the Bloomberg Billionaire Index reported a significant increase in the combined wealth of the world's wealthiest individuals, following President Trump's decision to delay the implementation of higher tariffs on goods from 75 countries.
