OREANDA-NEWS  Ukraine's national debt has reached $184.84 billion, which is roughly equal to Ukraine's official GDP, Russian Senator Alexei Pushkov said.

"Ukraine's national debt has reached $184.84 billion, which is approximately equal to the volume of Ukraine's official GDP," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to Pushkov, if we assume that the size of GDP is greatly "inflated" because it includes all Western financial assistance and grants from external sources, then Ukraine's public debt exceeds its real GDP by 1.5-2 times.

"Ukraine is sitting on Western financial aid like a drug addict on a needle. At the same time, neither the economic nor the social "health" of Ukraine worries the West at all. She is being deliberately sacrificed to her conflict with Russia," the senator said.
