OREANDA-NEWS  VK Tech's revenue in the first half of 2025 increased by 48 percent year-on—year to 6.7 billion rubles. 

VK WorkSpace productivity services and business applications showed the most dynamic growth. The number of clients increased 3.1 times year-on-year, to 20.4 thousand. New clients include companies in the financial, consumer, transportation, and telecommunications sectors. Revenue from large clients increased by 72.4 percent year-on-year, including due to a 25.0 percent increase in the number of large clients. Recurring revenue doubled year-on-year, due to the significant growth of the customer base using On-Cloud services. Taking into account the seasonality of On-Premise sales, the share of recurrent revenue exceeded 70 percent.

Adjusted EBITDA increased 2.7 times year-on-year and amounted to 0.7 billion rubles. The EBITDA margin was 11 percent, an increase of 5 percentage points compared to the first half of 2024.

VK Tech's anchor products are the VK Cloud cloud platform and VK WorkSpace productivity services, which accounted for 70 percent of revenue in the first half of 2025. Thus, revenue from the Cloud Platform direction in the first half of 2025 increased by 32.9 percent year-on-year to 2.7 billion rubles. Revenue from Productivity Services increased by 89.2 percent year-on-year to 2.1 billion rubles over the same period. The average monthly audience of active users of paid accounts using the On-Cloud delivery model increased by 86.0 percent in the first half of the year compared to the same period last year.

The revenue of the "Data Services" direction amounted to 0.9 billion rubles, and the "Business applications" direction — 1.1 billion rubles.
