10 participants of the 1/8 finals of the FIFA World Cup have been determined

OREANDA-NEWS At the 2026 FIFA World Cup held in the USA, Canada and Mexico, 10 participants of the 1/8 finals out of 16 were determined.
The tenth team to qualify for this round was the U.S. national team. One of the hosts of the tournament defeated Bosnia and Herzegovina 2-0 in the 1/16 finals.
Six more matches will be played at the 1/16 finals stage. Brazil, England, France and Belgium are among the teams advancing to the next round of the playoffs.
The 2026 FIFA World Cup runs from June 11 to July 19. The Russian national team is not participating in the tournament, as it has been suspended from international competitions since 2022.
