"I've always liked Russia. The Champions League final in 2008 with Manchester United, the 2018 World Cup, when France won the tournament, is in my memory forever," Evra shared his memories.

Also, the former French national team player told what exactly he likes about Russians. "I really like the energy of the Russian people — they are as crazy as I am, and also always funny. We definitely have a lot in common," Evra said.

Earlier, the former defender of the French national team and Manchester United posted a video in which he sings the song of the band "Gentle May" "Gray Night" in a hat with earflaps. Evra played for Manchester United from 2006 to 2014, as part of the team he won the Champions League in 2008 and became the champion of England five times. The defender played 81 matches for the French national team and ended his international career in 2016.
