All the fish died in the rivers of the Tyumen region

OREANDA-NEWS All the fish died in the Tura and Tobol rivers in the Tyumen region. This was announced on her Telegram channel by Elena Panova, Chief of Staff of the Russian State Duma Committee on Ecology.
In addition, some fish have been lost in the Irtysh, Tavda and Iset rivers.
"Weedy species will appear in two to four years. Sterlet — in six years, nelma — in eight or ten years," wrote Panova.
The same thing happened with the food supply, 95 percent of which was gone from the rivers.
Panova added that Rosrybolovstvo has a comprehensive program for the restoration of valuable fish species, but the Tura River is not included in it at the moment.
At the end of July, the water level in the Tura River reached 872 centimeters, exceeding the critical level by 22 centimeters. Hundreds of houses and thousands of plots in the Tyumen region were flooded.
