OREANDA-NEWS  Over the past night, three unmanned aerial vehicles launched by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) were destroyed in the skies over Russia. The situation was reported on the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Defense.

It is specified that during the night of January 5, between 23:00 and 07:00, air defense systems on duty destroyed aircraft-type UAVs, two of which were shot down over the Moscow region, while one drone was heading towards the capital.

Another drone was hit over the territory of the Ryazan region, the defense Ministry said.

Earlier it was reported that more than 250 drones were intercepted over the Russian regions in seven hours. Most of the drones flew over the Bryansk and Belgorod regions.
