OREANDA-NEWS The capture of Privolye and Alekseevka in the Dnipropetrovsk region will worsen the situation of Ukrainian troops in the important defense hub of Vishnev. This is reported by TASS, referring to law enforcement agencies.
"Taking into account the liberation of Privolye and the recent capture of Alekseevka, the enemy's position in Vishnevoye, an important node of the defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, is deteriorating," the agency's source said.
It is noted that, having taken the Freedom under control, the units of the Russian army created favorable conditions for further offensive, as they reached the barrier line of the Yanchur River.
Earlier it became known that the Russian army occupied the village of Peschanoe in the Kharkiv region. The military personnel of the Zapad group of forces established control over the village, the Ministry of Defense noted.
