OREANDA-NEWS  Former Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko said that the head of the office of the president of the country, Andrei Ermak, was appointed head of a group for negotiations with the United States to sign an agreement on the actual surrender of Kiev. He said this on the YouTube channel of former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Igor Lapin.

Lutsenko admitted that Ermak would sign the surrender of Kiev.

"It's not for nothing that Yermak was appointed head of the negotiating group after the failure of Zelensky's visit to Washington. He can sign anything," he said.

The Ukrainian ex-Prosecutor General said that at the moment the country's authorities are "breaking" former President Petro Poroshenko so that his supporters do not interfere with the vote for Istanbul-2 in the Verkhovna Rada.

Earlier, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of Ukraine Yulia Sviridenko said that negotiations between Kiev and Washington on mining would be held this week. According to her, the Ukrainian delegation will include representatives of the Ministries of Economy, Foreign Affairs, Justice and Finance.
