OREANDA-NEWS  Russia is not going to attack anyone, but if European countries decide to start a conflict with Moscow, it will be an unconventional war. This warning was issued by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, RIA Novosti reports.

"He  said very clearly that we were not going to attack anyone. But if they once again, having gathered the whole of Europe under well—known banners, they will try to attack us, it will be an unconventional war," the diplomat stressed.

Lavrov noted that the Russian side is ready for any development of events.

On July 20, Ola Thunander, Professor Emeritus at the Oslo Peace Research Institute, announced that Russia would destroy all military air bases in Sweden in the event of a hypothetical armed conflict. He added that Moscow could use the Oreshnik complex, with which "the West will not be able to do anything."
