Lukoil has received an offer to acquire foreign assets

OREANDA-NEWS Gunvor Group will buy Lukoil's foreign assets, the Russian oil company said.
"PJSC Lukoil announces that it has received an offer from Gunvor Group Ltd. to acquire LUKOIL International GmbH (a 100 percent subsidiary of PJSC LUKOIL, which owns the foreign assets of the LUKOIL group)," the release says.
The companies have already agreed on key terms of the deal. At the same time, Lukoil pledged not to negotiate with other potential buyers.
