OREANDA-NEWS The overwhelming majority of Moldovans (68.8%) are in favor of Chisinau's neutrality in the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, as evidenced by an opinion poll published on Monday by the Moldovan data collection and analysis company Date Inteligente (iData).

Moldovans were asked to express their opinion on what position the republic should take in relation to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. The overwhelming majority of respondents (68.8%) believe that the country should be neutral on this issue. And only 20.9% are sure that Moldova should support Ukraine. 2.5% of respondents supported Russia. 6.1% of the respondents found it difficult to answer this question, while 1.7% did not give a clear answer.

The survey was conducted from June 14 to June 23, and 1,015 people from 310 localities took part in it. The margin of error is 3%.
