On Defender of the Fatherland Day, 27 drones were shot down over the territory of Russia

OREANDA-NEWS On February 23, air defense systems on duty intercepted and destroyed Ukrainian drones over the territory of Russia. This is reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
From 12 to 15 p.m. Moscow time on Defender of the Fatherland Day, 27 UAVs were shot down by the air defense forces. Most of the drones — 13 vehicles — were shot down over the territory of the Belgorod region. Five more drones were destroyed over the Sea of Azov, four over the Krasnodar Territory.
In addition, two UAVs were eliminated in the skies over the Kursk region, two more over the Republic of Crimea, and one drone over the Black Sea. All the destroyed vehicles were aircraft-type.
