OREANDA-NEWS  Trade and economic cooperation between Russia and India is showing positive trends, with trade turnover increasing 2.6% in the first six months of this year, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

"Trade and economic cooperation as a whole demonstrates positive trends. There was a slight decrease last year, but in the first six months of this year, 2026, trade turnover has already increased by 2.6%," the Russian leader said.
