Putin called peace talks the best way to resolve the Ukrainian crisis

OREANDA-NEWS Peaceful negotiations remain the most effective way to resolve the conflict in Ukraine, Russian President Vladimir Putin has said.
"I have already said that the most important thing for them (Ukrainians) is to realize that the best way to solve the problem is through peaceful negotiations," he said in an interview with India Today, which was broadcast on Thursday in English.
Meanwhile, according to Putin, Kiev is now "leaning towards a military solution."
According to the Russian president, Russia initially advocated negotiations and began the negotiation process in 2022.
"And what they (Ukrainians) are actually going to do there, we need to ask them," Putin stressed.
