OREANDA-NEWS  Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed to include in the plan of structural changes in the Russian economy until 2030 the measures necessary for balanced socio-economic regional development, follows from the instructions published by the Kremlin.

"Finalize the plan for structural changes in the Russian economy until 2030, including measures aimed at ensuring balanced socio-economic development of the subjects of the Russian Federation," the document says.

This must be done by September 1, 2026.
