OREANDA-NEWS  Russian President Vladimir Putin has decided to conduct a pilot project in Russia next year to involve commodities containing precious metals in the turnover, according to a decree published on the official Internet portal of legal information.

"To implement in the territory of the Russian Federation from January 1 to December 31, 2026, a pilot project to involve raw materials containing precious metals in the turnover," the document says.

Such goods include ores, concentrates of non-ferrous metals, waste and scrap of precious metals, zinc precipitates, waste and scrap of electrical and electronic products, used mainly for the extraction of precious metals, follows from the decree.
