OREANDA-NEWS  Russian President Vladimir Putin held a New Year's Eve meeting with business representatives in the Kremlin, where import substitution, the ruble exchange rate, the situation with the key interest rate and lending were discussed, presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.

"Late this evening, Vladimir Putin held a traditional New Year's Eve meeting with business representatives in the Kremlin. There were heads of both private companies and corporations with state participation," he said.
