OREANDA-NEWS  Romania has made unfounded accusations against Russia in connection with the incident with the downing of the UAV, Russia's permanent representative to the United Nations Vasily Nebenzia said on Monday.

"The Romanian side hastened to convene this meeting and made unfounded and unbiased accusations against Russia," Nebenzia said at a meeting of the UN Security Council.
