OREANDA-NEWS  Russia did not touch civilian vessels, but carried out only targeted strikes on watercraft that delivered weapons or ammunition to Ukraine, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.

The Russian President arrived in Kyrgyzstan on Monday, where he took part in the summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), and also held a number of bilateral meetings.

"In fact, we did not touch any civilian vessels. Yes, we carried out targeted strikes on some vessels, but they were really targeted, we never made a mistake, we struck only those watercraft that delivered weapons or ammunition to Ukraine. There was not a single mistake," Putin said.
