Russia has adapted to the sanctions, Peskov said

OREANDA-NEWS Russia has adapted to tens of thousands of sanctions against the country and has learned how to circumvent them, and will continue to do so, said Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation.
On July 13, the UK imposed sanctions against 23 Russians, including for allegedly unwanted cyber activity.
"We have adapted to the tens of thousands of sanctions that have been imposed against our country. We have learned how to circumvent these sanctions, we have learned how to minimize the negative effect of these sanctions. We will continue to do this," Peskov told reporters.
