OREANDA-NEWS Russia is capable of jamming the Starlink satellite network, which is actively used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This is reported by El Mundo.

"The Volna-Kupol-Garant complex is capable of suppressing Starlink, which is massively used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine," the article says.

The publication also recalled the high dependence of the Ukrainian army on Starlink systems, referring to the words of Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky.

Earlier it became known that American billionaire Elon Musk does not agree to Kiev's request to use the Starlink satellite communications system provided by his company SpaceX in order to launch strikes deep into Russia. Later, Sergei (Flash) Beskrestnov, adviser to the Ukrainian leader, said that the Russian Rassvet satellite system, which is called the actual analogue of the Starlink system, would become a problem for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
