OREANDA-NEWS   You can get a fine for throwing garbage out of windows or leaving it in the entrance. Valery Mamchur, head of the regional center for the Non-profit partnership Housing and Communal Services Control in the Moscow Region, reminded the Russians about this in a conversation with Radio 1.

The expert noted that in order for a problematic neighbor to be brought to justice, evidence is needed. In order to avoid possible conflicts with the violator of law and order, he advised contacting the management company or the chairman of the HOA, to tell about the incident, if necessary, write a statement and back up his words with recordings from surveillance cameras or self-filmed videos.

He added that although fines for throwing garbage and leaving it in the wrong places are regularly increased, they are still too loyal. The specialist stressed that the urn at the entrance is intended for small household waste, and not for what has been accumulating in the apartment for several weeks, and called on citizens to be responsible for the welfare of nature and cleanliness in the apartment building where they live. "Any garbage is an additional expense, for which the municipality will have to allocate additional money," concluded Mamchur.

Earlier, analysts at the Colife rental service found out which habits of neighbors most irritate residents of apartment buildings. Incessant repairs, barking dogs, and loud sex behind the wall made it to the top.
